Your privacy and security is important to MenuKing.com. We make our privacy policy available on most of our pages and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested. We are an encrypted and secure website that shares member information only with the restaurants the members purchase dining certificates from. We don’t think its right to sell member information to any third member parties and refrain from doing so at all cost!

Buying Dining Certificates: We accept online payments using Visa or MasterCard. The system is set up to allow only one certificate per restaurant per month per member. To protect our users and restaurants from fraud we mail our certificates and so charge a small shipping and handling fee which that you can see in your shopping cart.

RECEIVING YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Plan a few days in advance the purchase of your dining certificates to allow them to arrive in the mail. MenuKing mails all dining Certificates to customers with the US Postal Service. Customers typically will receive their dining Certificates within 1-4 days. 

RESTRICTIONS:

Don’t be that person that buys certificates with multiple accounts; its shady and selfish. If a restaurant identifies you as a person who is abusing the dining certificate fair practices MenuKing will “cut you off”! ; )

• Tax and tip are NOT included. (Unless otherwise specified.) Please remember to base your gratuity according to the TOTAL bill before your discount. 
• You may use only ONE Gift Certificate per table.
• Dining Certificates are good for up to 90 days from date of purchase.
• Dining Certificates can not be used with any other coupons, certificates, or restaurant promotions, unless the restaurant is cool with it!

Restaurant may have their own restrictions in addition the ones above. You can view these restrictions on the dining certificate of each restaurant.

Restaurants that are in business:

All certificate sales are final for restaurants that are actively in business. Restaurants sell a predetermined quantity of certificates each month. Once a ticket is sold it is impossible for the restaurant to resell a returned certificate. In order to be fair to the restaurants all certificate sales are final. Thank you for understanding.

Restaurants that close or go out of business:

If a restaurant goes out of business, MenuKing will credit the value of the certificate towards any open restaurant that is participating in the sales of dining certificates.

To prevent people from creating fraudulent certificates, MenuKing.com mails all their dining certificates. Thanks for understanding. Certificates are delivered by mail to the address provided when purchasing the dining certificate. Please allow 1-4 days (not including Sunday) to receive your dining certificate.
